Do shoe store employees take advantage of the naive buyer? If so how often?

" While I was walking to class a maintenance guy yelled at me from a far distance."

Ever think this guy is just a moron and the story he told you is ******#t? ......and if its true thats just part of the hustle. They are their to make money, not friends.

Maybe he thought your 1's were the Wu-tang dunks lol. Unfortunately, scam artists are found everywhere. It's always more benificial to be honest withthe customer, even if you have to refer them to another store. They'll remember who provided the best customer service and almost always return.

... i dont take advantage of customers. but doing your job is another thing, if i tell you about insoles, clearner, socks and laces and i can get you to buythem then thats another story.

Honestly I've never had one that offered anything other than to get the shoes drop them off and walk away.

i sell... point blank... whatever it takes... i sell...

honesty goes out the window when you tryin to get that guap...
