I saw a special on the Food Network on Pink's in LA...I HAVE to try it....my boy said the lines there get ridiculous...
 
My favorite.

I absolutely hate hot dogs that have been boiled though, it takes away all the flavor. When I make them, I put them in the pan, warm them up and let them get alittle crispy. After that, I got to add some relish, cheese, chili, onions, and mustard.
