yo since he was poor why didnt u offer some cash for his kicks (only if they were clean )hes a bum he would have sold them.
 
He probably has more money than some of y'all. That's like a side hustle. In Georgia you have to pay a $25 fee to panhandle in downtown atlanta,So.......where the hell do they get the money??? Probably their regular day job.
