What arguments do you get into over Jordan sneakers??????

it's funny, i used to get into soft arguments with the wife over how many different pairs i could buy, but then when i decided to stop buying and sell myshoes, she's tried hard to talk me out of it.
 
My mom just stonefaced me over the nubucks hahaha, and shes been known I want them for like the last month. Be happy Im not buying drugs and guns, dam
 
i try not to argue. but my mom always bring up the money question, "Where do you get all that moeny to buy shoes?" so i just tell her i sell drugsand give her one of these

now that you mention it , they do look kinda sketchy . laces look cheap and a bit thin . elephant print does look a bit off in the back , and i think on the toe its supposed to come up a bit higher . only ogs had the thin elephant print . oh 94s too

I get into so many arguments. I meet very few sneaker heads who know what the $%*@ there talking about. I get so pissed when people say you know there real ifthere the colors that jordan wore.

So I guess true blues, cherry red low XI's, white green 4's are all fake then. Hmmm smart people aren't they!
 
Some +#@%% (you know that type) walked into my work, a shoe store, and saw my CDP III's and questioned me. He asked me where I got them, and Isaid my work. He immediately reacted surprised and in doubt. After, he asked if they were knock-offs... This kid thought he had me. Idiots! Kid had TeamJordans on.
 
I get into mad arguments over fakes with fools when I'm out and about. Once I start drinking, I'm quick to point out fakes and call out dudes wearingthem to their faces.
 
I got in an argument with this dude like last week because I bombed him when he showed me his Obama XIs in an 01' retro box

That's crazy man people over here in San Diego Cali think that they got on heat too and they mad fake. I have been in this game for a long time now and Ican easily spot em. I just can't believe all these cats think they got something special on their feet and it's just garbage!

i used to have to explain my collection but my shorty is finally coming around to appreciate quality footwear (contradicting myself because JB no longer makesquality but you know what i mean)
 
The main arguement I get into w/people?

..is the notion of paying $120, or more, for a pair of kicks ..ESP. MULTIPLE times. Not as in coppin'multiples of a single shoe, but the idea of buyingway more skips than you could ever wear ..considering that you were only given 2 feet, and can only rock one at a time, at such a high cost.

I don't know, personally, ONE human offline? ..who cares about sneakers as much as I do. ..good thing this site exists.

Most my friends, most females my age? ..all think it's nuts to have even the small number of pairs I have. When I talk about a new joint droppin',they all hate instantly. Much like the convos. heads were saying earlier in this thread, thay they have w/their moms, or girl/wife.


Far as fakes? ..depends on my mood, and how big a chucklehead the person w/the fakes is. If it's a young kid, w/out an attitude? ..I'll try &school'em. If it's a bonehead, who SWEARS their fakes are "heat" ..maybe I just agree and keep it movin' ..maybe I tell them howconfused they are and waste my breath/time ..for fun.

I don't really get into arguments but I have to agree with the thread starter. Air Jordan's are the signature line of Jordan Brand shoes. AirJordan's are numbered and are the shoe he would be wearing if he were still playing. Dub Zero's, Spiz-ikes, Fusions, Team Jordans, 6 Rings, TrueFlights, Nu Retro's and just Jordan Brand shoes.

I recently been getting into it when I wear my CDP XI's. Dudes be looking like "where you get them from, them ain't came back out".

I'm like "they dropped in december in the countdown pack"

Them: "You sure them ain't some of them Flams (fakes)?"

Me: Bruh have you ever seen me in some fake @@@ jays?
 
My brother and I always get funny looks at the mall cuz fake sneaker heads have never seen some of the older pairs we have. They look all down at our feet and%@# it's hilarious cuz we look back at them even crazier. Dudes think because they never seen them in the mall their fakes lol
 
well the other day i was in class and this kid walked in and saw i had on my easter 1's and he said ey whered you get i said at the gallo (a local shoestore) and he was like i was gonna get them but they didnt have my size and i laughed at him and said stop lying you just dont got the money and we were at itthe whole class he said i only wore fakes when he had on some six rings with flames on the patent leather that looked like stickers..... so today i had on myog shadow X's and he started telling me they were fakes cause they didnt have the 23 stiched on them so i showed him pics of the shoes and the box and thegenius said theyre fake cause jordan boxes are black and silver or have the face on it and the insoles have the cdp logo and not nike air and all the kids weretaking up for him so now they think i have on fakes shows how much they know cause all they got are cdp's dub zeros spi'zikes and 1's........
