It is officially called the DMP, it has for a while. They never changed it to Raging Bull, my store just got them in yesterday and as planned they say DMP onthe box.

Yes they do. They always have. The logic behind them caring is clear. They've suspended stores' accounts for this in the past.
True...I do know of stores that have gotten in trouble for selling before launch date.
