****OFFICIAL GUCCI MANE & BRICKSQUAD 1017****

Future? Scooter? Dolph?

I mean guess if you never heard of them before gucci you could say that, but they def had buzzes and bangin tapes before the gucci cosign, especially future and dolph.
I heard of future before gucci but like dude said up there, when free bricks dropped dudes who jus saw another atl dude gave him a chance cuz of the co sign. I been nessing wit dude since dirty sprite but dolph, I had no idea who he was but I'm glad woo put me on dude goes hard (pause)

And scooter never broke thru wit the future co sign, I never thought dude could hold his own on a whole tape only features wit future. But free bricks 2 is still one of my fav tapes and since the 1017 affiliation dude is bigger than ever

not to mention the amount of producers and even DJ's that he's put on.

gucci should've been an agent.

I think Waka put Lex on (or Lex put Lex on). Flockavelli really launched him.

This Waka/Gucci beef is ********. Gucci acting like a mad man now and Waka not the same Waka no more. He trying to be cool and be an actual rapper and ****. Sad days of hip hop :smh:

yea @301216baller i must agree. gotti and gucci collabos were clutch. i had hear d of gottifrom that gangsta party joint but his joints with gucci really got my attention. That look from radric was definitely was a nice bridge to get gotti out there.

And here in cleveland, Gucci could do no wrong for about 2 or 3 straight years. everything he touched was gold, every showed he had sold out.

its weird to me tho, IMO the 1017 rosters minus gucci is/was garbage (outside of some flocka)but gucci puts on/collabs/breaks some very dope acts. almost an oxymoron.

So icey boyz>bricksquad
Nothing like gucci and juice on a zaytiggy beat together smh. **** got outta control when waka hopped out his lane and wanted to be the front runner, juice was a way better robin. I blame deb tho she was playing oj and gassing flocka

Yea 1017BSM was garbage. All they had was Gucci and Waka. Ice Burgandy, Slim Dunkin and P.Smurf were cool. OJ was cool too (he said he was never Brick squad. He's lying right??) The rest of them ****** were a waste of good beats.......

Same here bra..I first heard of gotti from gangsta party then I had I told you so..but I barely listened to him after that till him and gucci linked up I wanna say 06/07

Ill always hate deb for putting OJ in the same concert as Wu-tang lol

Gotti underground buzz aint leave the south until he linked up wit gucci tho. I remember when I first heard gotti he had a freestle to "and then what". I thought he was straight but aint really mess wit him till him and gucci tracks. That song 2 seats is still my **** til this day.

So much real talk in this thread, I damn near wanna shed a tear...

Could never rock with the BSM garbage, the OG Bricksquad was cool though. (Gooch, OJ, Waka, Slim D, Wooh........... Frenchie.)
