You serious or you bored in Church looking for entertainment? They buzz is not in the same stratosphere as Wap circa 09. And their buzz wouldn't be what it is now if it wasn't for Drake hopping on Versace. They Danielson, Wap is Mr Miyagi.

Yea Gucci's buzz in 09 was unreal. Dude was about to become a star. Then he flushed himself down the toilet and that was the end of that.
 
Drake was that new dude in 09 plus had that wayne cosign, after best i ever had they dropped every girl & the rest was history with that forever track

Hard to say hottest when Wayne was just coming off carter 3 in 08 and people still anticipating more music. Then drake dropped so far gone in 09. Plus jay with blueprint 3. Gucci did have a great year hell his best year mainstream wise but I couldn't say he was the hottest at the time.

Same thing i was thinkin.. Them Boys got till the end of december and their buzz will be over with. The next trending rapper gonna come along. Same thing happened to OJ, Waka, Future, etc.. If they thinking Migos and Thug trash *** gonna be hot forever,they Sleep..
