he cant get RDAP with a violent charge.

RDAP can give you 1 year off. 2 years off if its residental.

i kno cuz im taking RDAP when i get sentenced next year.

on 39 months he gonna do about 34 months and if he got 10 months time served then he gonna do about 2 years total.

only chances he has are a halfway house or house arrest. either one for about 6 months.

But you right about the violent charges tho I forgot all the charges this ***** has racked up over the years :lol: :smh: he might not even get in a halfway house with those
