why do black women tend to get upset when black men date white women? What difference does it make in their lives who he's dating?

honestly to me it feels like as a black man im not supposed to date any women besides Black Women... and then people make it seem like its detrimental to ourculture if we date outside the race...

just like how a majority of yall parents expressed in some way that you should not bring a white girl home to her... i mean most parents wont outright say itlike that, but they will communicate it to you somehow...

also people are throwing out stereotypes about all black women about how they are loud, cause drama, have attitude, are angry, not easy to be with... Yall needto realize that most of you are specifically talking about hood black females, ghetto black females... aka hoodrats... and some of the things you are sayingare true, but in no way are they true for all black women... and the same can be said for black men...

but im tired of hearing this whole nonsense about its all the black man's fault... or its all the black woman's fault... clearly its both of our faultsthat we've gotten into this situation in regards to each other... i mean really who cares who's fault it is... knowing that aint gonna solve theproblem... I never understood questions like these. You don't want people to be racist and want everyone to be equal, but have a problem with interracialrelationships? Seriously people have to change this mindset. It's people like OP that are part of the racial tension we have in the world.

And really though I think if I were a black woman I would be mad/salty too. As black men we let our counterparts down in so many ways I think they have every right to be upset at times. Quite sad actually. And this phenomena of totally being against dating black women is just the insult to the injury. Like Gunna said if you're that closeminded the problem is probably you.

Example: Some salty dude in this thread made a reference to pregnancy. If you had unprotectedsex with somebody how is it only their fault that you have a baby?...its takes 2 sweetheart and if you're not ready for the the responsibility wrap your^%#^ up next time.

Additionally just like black men don't don't to be generalized as dogs, people need to stop doing the same to black females...

I also think many black men are angry at black women because (and i know I'm going to catch it for this) but because black women are more accepted insociety than black men...sorry it's true

I don't want to turn this into a __ >__ thing, but I think women (in generaland especially black [or any other minority]women) are like at the bottom of the totem pole in regards to the amount of respect given, as unfortunate as it isto admit.

I'm not saying anyone is BETTER than anyone....what I'm saying is I feel like alot of black men who resent black women do so because they(black men) feel like they catch it worse than black women. And you are right women do have major strides to make...However I didn't say RESPECTED i saidACCEPTED... look at education and job stats, they speak to my point
 
This goes for both sexes. Date & marry whoever you feel comfortable with, but limiting your choices
is just flat out ridiculous. Now depending on where or how somebody grew up or what not, they may have developed
a liking towards one nationality or ethnicity more than others, just like they also may have
gained a preposition to certain other characteristics . This is what is called likes and dislikes.

As for OP statement, i'm sure the ratio isn't as one sided as he thinks.

Personality & Compatibility > Looks IMO

That is definitely true. I agree with this---especially in terms of rights and priviledges---black men have been sitting on the bottom of socialtotem pole for a while, especially since the 1960s.

Also, its not that Black men are angry at black women--- black women were given more priviledges and rights that superceded the rights of black men,especially in the household. this is why society feels like black women are more accepted than black men.

some of what i read that you guys wrote is stupid, america is 12-13% black, if you get out the hood there are other options of women besides black andhispanic.

as a black man i frankly find white women more attractive... ON AVERAGE!! than black women

ARRBITRARY EXAMPLE: meaning if i walk down the street n see 10 black girls n 10 white girls chances are id find one maybe two of those sistas attractive n onemaybe two more "boneable".... white girls on the other hand id proll find myself attracted to 3-4 of them with about 7 of 10 being pipeable...

dont get me wrong i love women of all races n creeds n the most attractive girl ive ever laid eyes on that isnt Kim Kardashian is a black girl that went to thesame college as me... (i was always too intimidated to approach her
