Jose is Dominican. Most Dominicans don't consider themselves Black (I know this because I know A LOT of Dominicans personally).
Being half black pretty much makes you black in this society (it's just the way it is). There's a few half black individuals on JB, however thissociety still considers them as simply "black" (even though I think any individual should have the choice to choose what he/she considers themselves,social constraints prevent that from happening.)
So what I said originally still stands, everyone on JB has been Black. I don't think they'll incorporate anyone that's not.
I said Jose and Ichiro because I think they'd make a nice addition (plus a little ethnic/international diversity would be a smart marketing move).
