I think it comes from the history we have with these shoes...peeps that like "OGs" have an attachment with them...most likely from watching MJplay...also the culture was different back in the day...J's were a status symbol...if you had a pair you were the %$%%...I know I saved months just to geta pair...these days the market is so flooded with "Jordan's" now they don't mean anything...there used to be one Jordan at a time...there wasno such thing as "Team Jordans" and all that other BS that comes out now...

They just probaly dont understand older jordans or even know anything about them and go based on hype or maybe even what they like. They are the reason whyJordan releases the stuff he does to appeal to the young clientel

I'm 15 and I hate fusions and a lot of the new stuff that JB is putting out. I personally love retros. Not every young person likes fusions.

i have a pair of fusion 5's cause i really liked the red white and blue colorway and i like the way they look, i dont really like any of the other fusions,they're pretty ugly, but either way i like og's and retros

to each his own is correct, but i like what was said earlier that you have to at least RESPECT the retros because without their innovation wewouldn't have these fusions and hyperdunks and the like

who cares what people think.........i wear my jordans because i like the way they look and it brings back memories.............never worry bout what anotherman thinks.........might as well worry about everything else.........your haircut.......your clothes.......your car......and compare it to everyoneelse.........

so many kids at my high school are just about getting the new jordans at finishline, footlocker, etc...
a jordan like the fusion 6 will come out, or the ol skool 2 releases and within a week or two alllll these kids have the same shoe thinkin' they'redoing it.
like i wore my 13s to school nobody really said anything except my one friend he's like ohhh shiiiitttt nice %%+ jordans i had those back in the day.

Now a days u see little kids running around with the most expensive team jordan in footlocker in which they're parents bought them and they thinkthey're fresh just because they look cool or have cool colors or just because they're "Jordan" Bottom line is that it is ignorance towards JBand unappreciation and lack of knowledge in history of the retro
