All these people commenting about the OG "Crooked Smile" and how much they love the beat... but it doesn't seem like one person knows that it's the "Str8 Ballin'" beat.

Dreamville mixtape is ehh. The tracks with Cole are good and yeah Revenge of The Dreamer is dope! Cole spazzed on that....I really didn't care for much else on the tape besides that song...the Omen song "Motion Picture" is solid. Not feelin anything from Bas at all.

Listened to The Come Up this morning, I miss J. Cole talking about gunplay, beating people up, and general gangsta rap things. He needs to reincoporate it into his music.
 
Cole did his thing on Cold Blood. J Cole is funny... I love his features but I don't mess with any of his albums. Probably cuz he's rapping on other people's beats.
 
I like what Cole is doing with his videos, he's truly expressing himself as an artist. His videos are unlike anything else out there. But while I really liked this kind of concept for Crooked Smile (a song I originally hated) I think it really falls flat with this song. I didn't really make any kind of connection.

It is shot dope though, It just missed me.
