[:: J. COLE THREAD | DREAMVILLE's ROTD3 ALBUM OUT NOW!! ::]

Those numbers :smoking. Unfortunately those numbers are only for the US so my contributions over here in Vancouver wouldn't make a difference. I've yet to buy a copy since I haven't found a store selling the deluxe version; some Best Buy's actually sold out of the standard copy!

I might have to settle with ordering the deluxe version from the States and having it shipped over. Till then, I'll keep the FLAC on repeat with my HD555s.

*EDIT: Never mind, I found a place! :lol:

Even though I don't care for the album, I am an 09'er and the I LOVE the album artwork for the deluxe, so I think I'll break down and buy it....
Keep listening. I felt the same way but after a few more listens, it has grown on me.

This is a young man who produces all his music. He's a throwback lyricist. He raps about something. He's honest about life.
And he's selling records.
Something that we haven't seen in a while
Feels like a father watching his son walk off to college. Remember seeing dude at a free show at city hall park years ago.::lol:
Happy for him. Happy for Hip Hop.

Isn't it sad that in 2013, in the genre of rap/hip hop, that those bare essentials are frowned upon?

Yup, grew on me already. Crack rocks.

Villuminati - a thank you and apology to his original fan base.

Not like he had to, because SS was pretty dope overall, but you can tell letting Nas down really make him reevaluate the way he approaches things.

Glad I kep spinning it. Grew on me big time.
