^ really, a beat comes together so seamlessly that you miss the complexity of it. many would chalk power trip up as a simple crossover song but its one of the better songs he's created. from the beat to the miguel feature to the his own verses and singing, its a great record

I agree with some of you on the beat he made for day. Joint sounds good and I dig the sample but I can't hear Jay flowing on that at all. However, Jay has flows for days so if anyone can make it work on a beat that I don't think is tailored for them Jay can do it.

Cole got him one with this track. ...this was the perfect lead single. When you hear it played in a radio rotation, it stands out because nothing else sounds like it. Then after you watch the video...feels like the lyrics have a different meaning.
