"this sample was yelling loop me, Ms. Hill please dont sue me, Cuz I aint one these rappers out here front'n like he got it, ****** I aint f****** got it *****"

"But I finally put my mama in the E class ******, and I told her quit her job, but hold your horses, If my next album flop its back to the post office, Both of us ****.
They saying that a real possibility, the thought alone is killing me, I think i better let it go..."
:frown: :smh:

that would kill me too but I aint worried. Cole dropping heat. Cant wait for June 25th :pimp:

"this sample was yelling **LOOT me, Ms. Hill please dont sue me, Cuz I aint one these rappers out here front'n like he got it, ****** I aint f****** got it *****"

There ya go, fixed it for ya.

I'm pretty sure he's saying loot me. The four lines thereafter would correspond accordingly with the use of 'loot' as opposed to 'loop'.

My favorite part of the song. Seems like Cole had a lil Andre 3K influence in his flow too

Fail. Do you know what looping a sample is?

Hmm, I'm not too sure but I think it's something along the lines of the sample being on repeat throughout the entire track....

I understand how both could be interpreted, but like I said, the lines after the one in question correspond with the word 'loot':

"Ms. Hill please don't sue me"
"I ain't one of these rappers our here fronting like he got it..."
"I aint f....got it"
"throwing thousands in the strip club with Drizzy"
"difference is I'm throwing four and he's throwing fifty"

What? looping a sample is something a lot of people including Cole does. He did it on this song. I'm sure he's talking about looping the sample. How in the world did come away with Loot
