^the stations here suck too. :lol: The 2 "hip/hop and rap" stations in the area are constantly playing that Bruno Mars **** 87 times a day.

Don't get me wrong, I like Bruno's album but I tune into a hip hop station for hip hop. Usually after Bruno they throw on some Kesha and and then of course the radio queen Rihanna is constantly getting mad love.

What's wrong with radio stations man? What happened to actually playing some rap on a rap station? :smh:

Not huge on music videos anymore but I thought the video for Power Trip was a pretty dope concept.

To be honest I like the other one where the lyrics are written on the foggy car moreso
 
Saw (and heard) the "Power Trip" vid for the first time. What a good song. Bruno Mars' Miguel's face in the body body had me :wow:

Just heard "Maine on Fire" off flex tape and I dig it. It has that New Orleans second line flare to it which is dope as hell to me.
 
#26 on hot 100.
#6 on r&b.
#7 on rap.

9 weeks on the chart. Song is doing great.

And yeah @ace rawstein, it passed wale - bad, on every chart category they're in.

I'm just glad I did my part and bought both Miss America and Power Trip off of iTunes.

If any of you haven't, I highly suggest you guys at least buy Power Trip. It'll go a long way. The more we help him with his singles becoming successful, the more music we'll continue to get from him. :smile:

$1.29 is worth all the free music he gives us.

but that Power Trip video is the first i've seen in a minute that compelled me to want to watch it again.

Power Trip would have been so much better and done better success-wise if he got Future to do the hook
