Are you serious?! Who Dat is a bonus?

Damn I might as well listen to Cheer Up now.  BTW where did you hear this from?

^Good looks man. I will hold off on that even though he said he was a 100% sure that they wouldn't be on the album.  Who Dat being on the album will actually be disappointing IMO.

It kinda reminds me he's still rookie status going through this and his team as well. I don't get all this shuffling/cutting/adding of any songs (especially old ones) on the album (bonus or otherwise) at this stage.

Aint like he appeasing his long time fans with this and Who Dat isn't that good where his potential new fans have to hear it.

SMH I don't understand why Who Dat is on this at all..
I'll be adding Cheer Up to my album playlist.. Hopefully Nothing Lasts Forever gets dropped for AGS.

Can't wait to read some of these reviews we should be getting soon.

Lotta old verses & upcoming album verses on that CosmicKev freestyle

am glad that J.Cole is actually calling his own debut a classic

^I don't know about a lot of upcoming album verses on that freestyle. The only thing we hadn't heard before was the first part he spit over Imma Boss....other than that we had heard everything else.

I agree with others disappointment regarding Who Dat. I understand ITM and Lights Please definitely should fit in with the album but adding Who Dat is just plain ridiculous. I really would love to hear and explanation for that from the label because I am sure that was not Cole's idea. We have heard him say so long how he wants this album to be fresh for the fans when they listen to it so I am sure he didn't want something that old and not that successful on the album. Howeverm as he says "you gotta play the game to change the game ". SMH

heard J.Cole's album tonight in NYC. Here's a general recap and my pictures from the event if you're interested.

Cliff Notes of the summary: "Mr. Nice Watch" with Jay-Z drew the biggest reaction. Fast paced, single worthy track. "Nobody's Perfect" with Missy had the second biggest reaction. She sings the hook [well]. Cole's favorite track off the album is the last song (I can't confirm whether he meant last song of the session or of the album, but I believe he meant album), "Breakdown." Thoughtful track with the same tone as "Lost Ones." Wouldn't characterize Cole's production as underwhelming by any means on the album. Solid debut.

I'll just save this question for after the album drops. I forgot a lot of people haven't listened to the leaked tracks. My bad.

^Alotta of us havent even listen to Lost Ones yet bruh.

Who Dat is being added as a bonus. Yall had me worried on that last page...i was bout to be like WTH no #$^% way!

I figured some songs would be cut when the tracklist had 16 and 3 bonus...when is the last time we got an 19 track album on a major? lol

Im hoping the production has all been getting positive reviews cuz I have yet to see anybody that attended a listening session address it specifically. Thats a good sign!

Production is on point from what I heard. Although it's a completely different experience listening to it on like a laptop compared to being blasted out in a small venue with a great sound system.

I hope he puts Nothing Lasts Forever as AGS track or will save it for his next album. Gonna check out "Cheer Up" since its not on the album. I think I remember those who listened to it in this thread saying it was pretty good.

from the reviews, seems like the production is all on point. and that mr nice watch beat is supposedly insane.
