[:: J. COLE THREAD | DREAMVILLE's ROTD3 ALBUM OUT NOW!! ::]

just listen to da remix of let nas down nas straight

here a question for yall

nas and cole
or
kendrick and jay

on the remix.

Definitely Nas & Cole, if just for the message of the song and how it came about. I'm a huge fan of all 4 but the B don't kill my vibe remix just isn't that special, more of a look for Kendrick that Jay put a few relatively empty bars on it to give him even more buzz for a single

Let Nas Down/Made Nas proud just has so much more significance :smokin

Cole's NEVER been buzzin like he is right now. The whole damn countries discussing Born Sinner :wow: :pimp:

It feels damn good to have been part of his long journey from the start fellas.

I'm proud of my dude Jermaine.
He's made it. :nthat:

Made Nas Proud. ******g dope. :wow: :pimp:

My little brother told me about it, and I thought he was just pulling my leg.

Radio records are needed, I just wanted it to bring the warning
Global warming to that cold world you was breathing
That's some advice I never got
If I don't sell another record, I'll just steady rock
While you was writing down my rhymes I was just trying to show you
That if you say what's on your mind, you can stand the test of time
Now I'm playing Born Sinner loud, saw you live, rock the crowd
Like wow, you made your ***** Nas proud

:pimp:

S/O to Nas giving Jay Z's artist more pub than Jay Z has given him thus far for the album.

Guess that ends the arguement of who won between Jay & Nas. Nas is reduced to being a part of the Roc Nation street team.

That is such an incredibly weak way of looking at that scenario.....

and also incredibly weak that the discussion still has to go there.

If you guys were so confident that "Jay won", you wouldn't have to.....

Made nas proud is hella dope. Cole is truly blessed

Nas spittin' hellfire :x

I need to listen to the actual album itself though, sounds like Cole put out a good product based on the comments.

This dude Nas has to have ghostwriters... has to.

No way dude is still spitting like that after all these years.

Dudes acquired skill set at rapping is unmatched.

Nah, Nasir is just the best to ever do it. Over 20 years in the game and still dropping flames. Such a great look from Nas, I'm sure this had J. Cole feel like the ************* man.
