Yeah I love CD but I never was a fan of this song either nor do I ever play it now so I feel you Ace. But I will wait to see how he flipped the sample as well... but damn I was really hoping for a sample of We Don't Care.

I know this sounds really stupid because that was only a 25 second clip...but after turning it up loud and replaying it over and over I THINK I can hear how he flipped it and I THINK its gonna sound amazing in CDQ.
I know It's sort of a reach but damn i'm hyped.

I agree. Also wish he would have saved In the morning because I feel like it could have been a single. Im not too much worried about a hit single (yes, I understand that it wont drop without a decent single) because I feel that the album will still be dope. like mentioned earlier, dont think he would be able to perform any part of the single without the sample being cleared so I hope that was a mixtape song.

EDIT: Actually, I guess I can't judge until we hear how he flipped it. Plenty of SUPER wack songs have been sampled into heat. Case in point: 6 foot 7 foot

So, if this is it, I'm guessing that the sample must have been cleared right. It's not illegal, but would his people allow him to perform a song with a sample that hasn't been cleared? Wouldn't that be grounds for suing??

You can perform songs without clearing the sample. He performs songs off of The Warm Up and Friday Night Lights without sample clearances. As long as its not being distributed it is ok.
