His team gotta get on they $%#$... i mean this gettin ugly...if he producing the bulk of the tracks that should cut down on some of the hands involved right?

Same here as far as leaks (although I admit its hot) and yeah his camp has got to do a better job!! You would think him producing would cut down on the leaks but smh.

I've seen the process and the cycle is sick. You can have your fam or best friends working with you but if you not handling most of the production work (mixing it down, putting the songs on blank disks for copies, etc.) it's gonna get out if the artist has a fan base eager enough to pay for leaks.Originally Posted by FlatbushFiyah23

I suspect songs are leaking when he's giving the label a copy to listen or an A&R unless he just has a shady dude in his camp. Some of these ppl are still sending songs through e-mail and shh. Can't even play a song for a friend on skype without shh leaking anymore.

It's a shame, but you'd figure that artists these days would have a IT consultant on hand. Or at least have the label hire one. It's not THAT hard, but if someone isn't keeping a close eye, this stuff happens ...
