dont recall where i  read it or how much truth it is to it...but the deal regarding all the leaks and the reason we may be getting stuff like this is that supposedly what may have been the whole "album" was stolen a while back and whoever had it was just leaking songs out one by one...
i hope thats not the case but being he is turning in the final thing on August 4th im sure he has made the necessary changes but I just hope it doesnt end up being less than what it could have been

Downloading now. This a great idea for Cole to promote his album and connect with new fans. Dude has made really solid moves lately as far as promotion goes.
 
I really love Like A Star and I was wondering before I played the song if he sampled the Corrine Bailey Rae track as it is one of my favorite songs. I was happy to see it well executed but disappointed that the sample probably could not have been cleared. The track is definitely album worthy in my opinion. "Pity" I enjoyed and the production is solid but I really could do without the dude Voli's verse as it felt out of place to me.

Good to hear some new Cole and I will be looking forward to this every Sunday now.
 
I like "Like A Star" the most out of the 2 new songs, definitely album worthy.

I can see the reasoning of including the other 2 songs, he's got a lot of new fans..

I can't knock your post when you stated its your opinion, but regardless of how weak the songs may be, you gotta at least admit this is a very good idea for promo.

Like the cover art too...the same guy did KRIT's R4 Ep...i checked out his site and its some dope work on there
 
Glad others feel the same way about Voli on Pity. Like A Star has been on constant repeat today.
