As stated before album is 8.5/10 but give it few years and it can def be considered a classic when looked as a whole and considering fact we never heard some of the songs years/months prior to release!

I went and got 3 copies just because I felt like it was one of my friends making it big, since majority of us in this thread have been with following dude since BP3

I think the album actually sold REALLY well today. I work at best buy and saw a decent number of people buying it. We only got 28 copies at our location, but we sold 20 of them. Not bad for first day.

Bought a copy myself. It's a good feeling to finally see Cole getting his shine. Any sales predictions in yet?

Bought two copies today. Listened to the first 10 songs so far. Lost Ones is amazing(first listen) and the production on it is incredible even though i've heard people say the song sounds better before he added the live instruments. What i've heard so far sounds incredible in the car.

Went out and bought it at Target, when I went, after I took my copy, there was only one more left; this was at 10am!
I really like this album a LOT! Solid work by Cole, listened to it twice in the car today, heard other cars playing the album too

I really like his debut I think its a solid 4/5 but I feel theres maybe one or two songs that were missing like a uptempo beat where he just goes hard on the track. Overall though his album was really good. Im looking forward to more of his stuff. Itd be dope if I could see him live but I know thats not gonna happen anytime soon. Itd be dope to see him get bigger. Now back to listeneing to more j.cole
