It's definitely loop but yeah, I was always under the impression that you couldnt get sued for the sample if you are not making any money off of it, but I must be wrong because of I'm aware of The Eagles trying to sue Frank Ocean and Mac Miller being sued like stated earlier off of mixtape songs.

I hope Truly Yours 2 is about 5-7 tracks (7 may be pushing it; im being greedy though lol) and hopefully he come up off of Crooked Smile and Wet Dreams. He mentioned Wet Dreams forever ago and never said anything again until a fan tweeted him about it a couple weeks ago and he responded by saying, "either I save it and one day make it better, or give it to the world how it is."
 
Cole summer was a really good song. It always make my day to hear J.Cole's music . It's really relaxing.
