Outside of the Spurs, no team in the NBA has had a higher winning percentage during Cuban's time as owner.
Since Mark Cuban bought the Mavs only 3 teams have had more success than the Mavs.
90% percent of NBA fanbases would like to trade places since Cubans been the owner.

Mavs arent in the top 5 in NBA franchises value. They are at #10 right now according to forbes.com 2015 rankings.

Oh and if you want to measure recent success within the last decade, based on rings alone.
The Lakers won 5 championships to your Mavs 2 titles.
Actually only 1 championship since a decade is 10 years 2000-2010 and the Mavs last one a title in 2011.

That's only partially true.
The way the leagues CBA is setup now and how free agency is. NBA teams have to tank in order to rebuild.
Also everyone knows the blocked CP3 trade set our franchise back big time.

Nope Jim Buss gave himself a 3 year window where if the Lakers aren't back to being title contenders.He will step down.
Also his sister Jeanie Buss is the franchise governor and has finally say and does have the power to fire him by them.
