99 bred iv (need help with these!!)

I noticed a little crack on the left shoe air bubble. I was wondering if theres any way to fix/restore/repair them. I was possibly thinking about applying hotglue

. Any advise will be appreciated!

*note, pics are the left shoe being worn...the right shoe is okay
 
this is a matinance question, doesn't belong in this thread. but to answer, you can try to glue it but the rest of the foam will crack in due time. enjoythem now before you can't wear them anymore. as far as using a glue, try epoxy glue since it's more flexible than other glues.
 
ok sorry for posting in the wrong thread...but where can i find epoxy glue?

i appreciate the help guys

I've answered this question about 3 times now. Haha..epoxy glue is flexible glue that hardens when it's dried. The super strength one can withstandabout 2000 pounds per square inch. Since it's the heel area epoxy glue would be best since there's a lot of pressure on that part of the shoe. You canfind epoxy glue at a hardware store. Home depot, lowes, etc..Oh yeah..hope you have something that can clamp the cracked part while the glue dries..

I 100% co-sign that!! I took a second look at the shoe and noticed that you can't even see the air bubble. Those are done with. Just give yourself a pat onthe back that you owned a good quality shoe and it finally gave up after 10 years. That's almost impossible to fix..maybe a professional shoe repair shopcan help. If those were my shoes, I'd rock until the soles fell off. Lol.

dido i rock almost all my shoes i love when that happens people let the shoes sit for years & years for what o yeah to see them crack

lol...i bet half the dudes in here saying ROCK EM, are all about ds kiks....rock rock em, so they can be the only ones with the ds pair...lol....for realthough...ROCK EM!!!!LOL
 
those are pretty much DONE......i have a pair that the same thing happened to me- the foam inside is gone, and now the outer part is gettting all thepresure when you wear them.... if you keep wearing them, you will see alot of white flakes on you shoes...from the dried up foam from the inside.
i ended up finding another pair, and now just have that pair on display in my closet.
 
oh well guess i cant trust 99 iv's anymore...these were my 2nd pair i went through. and i wore these at least twice a week, i never really stocked them.they have alot of heel drag and no visible stars left! but anyway thanks for your input guys.
