That may well be a completely BS response but I think if we all took five minutes to send them an email each maybe we would make some sort of impact. I'llbe doing it later.

from the other thread... I know how customer service works.... I was a Supervisor back when i was 20yrs old, years ago for a MULTI Million company....
and all they did was copy and paste the responses.... its just tooo hard to believe that they spoke to you in such an individual matter.

Someone should make a letter that we can all email to Nike about quailty of jordans and the changes we want. We could "flood" their email and theymight stop to think about, which might be enough. Maybe some mention that if we don't like the product it won't sell. Example air jordans 2009.

Heck I just wrote them too. Hopefully everybody else will follow suit and express their feelings in an intelligent and collegiate manner. I say collegiate,because nobody likes getting bombarded with yelling and bickering. Bickering is ineffective. I'm sure that if more people would write them, maybe we canstart getting somewhere. We might start getting better quality (No ashy suede, Glue shoes and etc.). Hey, it's just a thought.
