Whether you believe that it works or not; It's certainly better than sitting around and complaining about the quality of what we have been settling for. Iunderstand everybody's sentiment when they say, "It's an automated response, Do you think that they give a F about what you got to say andetc.", but how does feeling this way and saying this amongst each other help? I personally don't understand the point in keeping your dissatisfactionabout the shoes quality on this website. This website can't help you period. Why not go ahead and post your complaints with the people (Nike/Jordan Brand)who you have a problem with? I mean, don't tell your friend (NT) how you don't like what this other person (Nike/Jordan Brand) is and/or isn'tdoing right. Your friend (NT) can't help you. Take it to the person (Nike/Jordan Brand) who you have a problems with. You can only get results from theperson (Nike/Jordan Brand) who you have a problem with. Okay, NT is a good place for us to vent our problems, but it's just that...Venting. Basically,posting problems here becomes a little passive aggressive (Talking out the side of your mouth) after a while. I'm probably one of the older generations whostill prefers to talk to people face to face. I don't have to text a person about my feelings via cell phone. A lot of you guys have grown up communicatingthis way and that is perfectly fine, but if you can text each other all day...what's wrong with taking 2 minutes out of your time and writing the person(Nike/Jordan Brand) who you have a problem with?
