I'm not surprised. With the way hip hop is going nowadays, rappers will either be wild young making ringtone, dance type joints or mid-twenties by the timethey drop a retail album because you have to grind forever on the mixtape circuit to even get a deal. Labels only see hip hop as product & since the recordgame got twisted they are not taking any chances on anyone.
