What crazy stories do you have to share from shoe releases in your city?

i remember a dude had bought ALL the 11/12 CDPs in one store, i dont know what or who his connect is, but he ended up dropping $7,000 .. and had to be escortedout of the mall with 4 security people.. and they put the shoes on one of those delivery carts.. smh

Do a search for this Whats the craziest/luckiest way you got a pair of Jordans? I posted one story in there. Also do a search for the 11/12 CDP release thereare some good ones in there too. Good luck on your paper.
 
i waited at k-mart for 6 hr to cop the new shaqs. i had an old lady who smelt like bengay and mothball ditch me. i asked excuse me then she punched me. i thinkit was shaqs grandma or larry johnson one of the 2
 
I was first in line for the 11/12 (like 8hrs.) and when they let us in the mall at 6 everyone was cool and went single file. When
I got to the door there was a dude standing kind of nearby. The dude walks up and cuts in front of me. He told me he was
there first. I told him we've been freezing all night. Needless to say, we gave him the
indifferent.gif
and told him he was crazy. He didn't
get his shoes.
