Continuing their .5 series of sneakers, Jordan Brand is set to release the Jordan 16.5 this Winter. The Jordan 16.5 is a combination of the Air Jordan XVI and the the Air Jordan XVII. The Jordan 16.5 features several of the more recognizable design characteristics from the XVI and XVII including braille from the 16, the forwards/backwards readable Jordan from the 17, the patent leather and midsole chambers from the 16, the overall upper and shape from the 17 and more.

Thanks, Maze. Are these different from the earlier picture we saw of the black/red colorway? For some reason, I don't like them as much. They look bulkierthan before? I'm not sure, I might be trippin'.

They do look kinda like boots HEY MAZE I WAS WONDERING DID YOU SEE ANY OF THE 12s OR THE SPACE JAMS
 
i actually see SOME resemblance between these and the Melo M6's......at least i do...so is this how JB is going now 1 base design and 2 shoes

these should have been the Melos instead of the garbage hes getting this year. at least these are half way decent
 
I liked this idea in theory....and I like it even more now seeing the colorways and build of the shoes. A product from JB that is made for basketballpurposes....who would've thought it? Anyway, thumbs up.
 
The breds are on my wishlist and the supposed aqua CW for 2010 these gonna be great hoopin shoes
