dont knock it til ya try it.

labor intensive, but worth it when done correctly. prep and cookin and everything took me like 9 hrs. debone the turkey, chicken, duck, and fill it withstuffin in b/w the layers. crrazy.

I am about to throw up I ate too much of this bird...kudos butcher block to all a good night gotta run to best buy and get on line
