NT Help me save my haircut vol TOO LATE (pics)- Boosie with the save!

So I'm still having the same problem with barbers in Oklahoma. When they get to the temple right by where your sideburns are, they try to do the thin point thing and end up pushing back closer to your ear to make the little line, and this chic today just totally messed it up, got it looking like a rat tail not to mention how bad the straight line (not arch) going back to that point looks. I'll come with actual pics in a minute, but until then, I have used Luda's sidehead as a canvas to explain.

Looking at the non Luda pic of a good taper fade, it seems like I can go from what I have to that as simple and changing the angle. I actually have an Andis Master Clipper (it's adjustable) and T Outliner, so I think maybe I can do it if I just get a little guidance.

But this is what she did to me.

So I drew an arrow to show, it seems like if I just change the angle then use my adjustable to fade it, I can get that temple fade look. If I can ever figure out how to get this perfect, my life will be complete. Because my sideburns grow back so fast, this is the only real problem area. Lately I've been not giving a %!@$ and going with the kind of white dude look, where you just cut the sideburns off quick right around the bottom of the ear level. Not a poppin' look

Is it really as simple as I'm thinking.

not havin any good barbers where u live ftl

try to find another barber cuz ur just goin to @!+* it up even more

dont shave off the point thing line just fade it with the masters
like where the ear starts by using a higher guard then using a lowered guard then curve arch it with the t outliner

your best play on this is to taper out the entire side. Start with a long setting on the clippers and work your way down to a shorter setting. DO NOT TRY TO RE-WORK YOUR EDGE. Try to blend it out. Trying to re-edge your sides will make them look pushed back even further.

Yea but you gotta be in there all day AND pay 20$ plus they sell fakes and I can't really support that. I got no choice now though. It's a wrap, tried to fix it and $$$@%* it more. The one side ain't so bad but the other, God damn! #*#$! up my whole day. Hopefully they don't charge me full price because I just got to get the sides faded out, not Bootsie high but high enough to cover up where I thought I could be ambidextrous and do this %%%# left handed in the mirror like even professional barbers don't use a comb as kind of a stencil. Might take a pic of the fuckup for laugh.gif purposes. We'll see
