HELP!!!. I got a stiff neck

Earlier today my neck got stiff and I think i pulled a muscle. Does anyone know how to make it go away. Im in so much pain right now. Thanks in advance

Thanks to everyone that posted. You guys are great. Your advice reaaly helped me out I feel better than ever before!!!! Now I can do cartwheels and summersault and all that other !!*%. Damn this is the best day ever
