I've been down for like 2 days now...I didnt even eat Thanksgiving dinner. I think at this point its getting redic. Anyone got any suggestions onmedicine since a bottle and a half later Pepto isnt helping?

Are you saying you want to $#@*? Doesn't immodium hold it all in?

don't eat dairy, eat crackers and rice, don't take pepto, take the imodium, and buy some pedialite to replace your salts and electrolites (gatoradewon't do anything in this situation)

It depends what your diarrhea is a result of. If you have an infection (food poisoning etc) then its best to let it all out. Its your bodys natural defensemechanism. If its a result of medication or something along those lines, you should call a Dr.

Make sure you're taking in a lot of clear fluids...you will dehydrate otherwise.

Immodium is OK, if its not food poisoning.

pepto tablets work wonders for me

pedialite??? The infant drink?

yeah man, that's the one. it's not just for infants.

"When an athlete is already dehydrated give him pedialyte instead of Gatorade or Powerade because the sugar in the sports drinks could cause furthervomiting or diarrhea by attracting water in the intestines and preventing water absorption into the body. The electrolytes in the pedialyte particularly thesodium will aid in water absorption."

2 days who cares....

like 4 days ago i was up from 12am to 8am. on and off the toilet couldn't sleep. missed my first class of college. got up at 3 am to get pepto bismolstruggled to 7-11 and back to the dorm. took it and it didn't work. tried it again at 8am threw up. stayed on the toilet for like another hour and justpassed out on my bed even with my stomach still slightly rumbling. worst night of my life possibly.

I wish it was that easy bro, and yes 2 days is a while to have constant (like 30+ times) diarrhea. I actually went to the store on my way to work tocop some Imodium chewables and that pedialyte. Hope this works cause I've had to resort to all baby wipes.

Immodium and Pedialyte is the way to go. That's what I use when I get it. Should be gone within the day. If it doesn't, you might need to go to adoctor. 2 Days and 30+ times a day doesn't sound good. You might have food poisoning or e coli or something.
