Could i take a shoe back to a store that it wasnt purchased from or no?

I think that i am going to have my sister return the shoes for me and see how that works.
The package doesnt have any type of stickers on it at all as it came from shoetrends so.... we'll see.

it worked for me. my basketball team did fundraising for team shoes. but when they came in thay were zoom soldier II's and they were really heavy. so itook them to footlocker and told the lady my grandma got me them as a present and the they were really cool about it. it actually turned out that they let mereturn them and gave me the family and freinds discount. so i got the 20/3 cdp. and wore the 20's for bball. one thing they said id that you cant returnanything size 13 or above because they dont carry them in store or something like that

No! The only way you could exchange something from a different store is f u bought a pair from Footlocker and exchanged it at a different Footlocker, not atotally different store.

^^ Yes you can! AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT WORN, AND DONT HAVE STICKERS ON THE BOX FROM A DIFFERENT STORE. WITHOUT A RECEPIT YOU WILL GET IN STORE CREDIT. END OFSTORY

^That is true however i am not going to buy another pack for right now because they are not selling very well at all so ill just wait for the price to go downeven lower.

It was a no go, it didnt work because they want a receipt. Its okay, ill just sell these and put the money down towards a pair of Tan Yeezys.

Lock it up MODS!!

Thank you to everyone for all of the responses, very much appreciated.

It's just manager discretion. The whole "sticker on box" scenario isn't as serious because there are mis-picks when astore gets a pair with the sticker from a different division on it, especially with the packages. Of course, the item has to be in the system of the divisionyou're going to (don't be a dummy and bring a Kobe IV to Footaction) but it really depends on if the manager is cool or a jerk and if people havespoiled it for you by trying to run the game on them before in the past.

As a former manager for one of the said companies, as long as it is new and saleable and is an exchange only, I'd probably green light you.

Of course, you better throw a bottle of protectant up on the counter and pay for it as a courtesy and a "thank you".

That's my ten cents.

Usually with shoes they will let you exchange or store credit but with packs they wont they dont want them thats why on packs now all sales final because theyknow people buy a few packs to sell if they dont sell them they could before bring them back not anymore

Funny, my little brother jus did this today. He bought the DMP 1s from eastbay last week in a sz 9, and he really needed a sz 9.5. So when the package came in,he peeled the little sticker that was in the top left corner of the box and took 'em to finish line.

He said he got them as a gift and that it wasn't his size....sure enough, even swap. They just kind of forced him to sign a Winners Circle card so theperson doing the exchange can recieve recognition. It worked though. I was surprised. So OP, go for it. The worst thing they can say to you is no...

Well, i decided to have my homie try it for me and it worked!
They just check the numbers and ask for your id and everything like that however they tell you that they need the receipt over the phone and i didnt have one.It was a success this time around, everything went smooth so now i have my size. Im good to go!

If the manager is chill he'll let you but if not oh well......Most of the time you need a receipt in order to exchange or return
