But really, fool what shoes did you want to try to "return" to them. I'm assuming you won't get a full amount back for what you originallybought the shoes for at FL, since it is the Nordstrom Rack...(I'm not putting down the store; its cool shopping here if you want to save money on certainitems).

They'll Ask you how much you paid for them, and they give you that amount....It sounds too good to be true, but its true.....

My girl use to work for Nords'...she told me everything

in that case...

*picks some stuff up heads out to nords*
the rack is different from nordstrom, they even have a 30 day return policy where nordstrom doesnt. even though the rack will most likely still take a return after 30 days, they will still need to find the product in the computer in order to return it.

HUH?

Returning FL shoes to a Nordstrom Rack? U think they are THAT stupid? If a scam like that was that easy, EVERYONE would be doing it....

Someone please slap this man. Nordstrom's is well known for their insane return policy. They will take back damn near anything. I believe they'verevised their policy a little though, and as long as it is an item that they once carried or an item from a brand that they carry they will take the return andgive you cash back. Now I guess they could've changed the policy considering my mom hasn't worked there for like 2 years now. She was the head ofCustomer Service and I remember she would come home some days and say that she had to give out over $10,000 that day in returns. She used to watch people riptags off of $800 dresses bring them to her and she'd just have to give them cash and then tell Loss Prevention, which never did anything.

didnt they take back a tire once

because it used to be a car shop

at one of the OG nordstrom's

Yep, I remember when my mom told me that. I just gave her the thizzz face.

Nordstrom Rack Return Policy
All sales are final on Designer and Fine Jewelry items. For all other items, we'll gladly accept for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase anymerchandise purchased from Nordstrom Rack that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and sales receipt. Valid photo IDrequired for all cash refunds.

I have to return something back to but, not to nordtsroms for bloomingdales. I've already returned two RL polos, but need to return one more. Haah..

I haven't read any of the post to see if it was answered or not.

But here is how it works... (for Nordstrom, i guess the rack is diff)

You can return just about anything if it has been in their system in the past. If you're not sure, just try it. You never know, worst that will happen isthey hand it back over to you and say you didn't buy it from there.

With a receipt you can get your money back, without a receipt you get store credit.

Take that store credit and sell it on ebay for cash, you will get ALMOST face value. It's always someone out there trying a to save a couple dollars.

Doesn't matter if you lose a few bucks in the sale, you're getting money you can spend anywhere.

One time I had a gift card from Starbucks for $25. Someone bought it off me on ebay for $28 and change. I never understood that one, but i got paid and was onmy way.

nope you need the receipt for nordstrom rack even then youll only get 50 bucks back haha. You can try Nordstrom though.

if they once sold that shoe then you can get store credit for the worth of the item now

I work at Nordstrom, and I'm sorry, but customers like you make me so

.

But since you wont be returning to my store, I'll tell you what's good.

Nordstrom Rack has a 30 day return policy w/ receipt. You could try to return it as a regular Nordstrom because ouraforementioned return policy will let you return damn near anything. BUT nowadays we're wising up it's getting a little more difficult.

Long story short, if you don't really have any proof of purchase (receipt, barcode sticker, or proof of the transaction on your CC) then we'll mostlikely just give you store credit.

You don't know what you're talking about. First of all it depends if they carried the shoe at some point. You can definitely return it,but if you don't have a receipt you are getting it for the price it is selling for. For example, say you purchased the shoes for 100 dollars, you try toreturn the shoes to Nordstrom without a receipt or proof you bought it there. You will be getting it at the price they are currently selling for, say 20dollars. PM me if you have any more questions.

Pretty much. As long as you can prove you bought said item at a Nordstrom, we'll take it back.

Some grimey customers actually return worn, used, F'd up clothes for cash.

I heard this kind of stuff works at Macys though. My friend said she returned some shoes like a year after she wore them and they took them back. Also workedwith her jeans. No tags, no receipt or anything.

Im not sure how true it was but my teacher told me some one returned a set of tires to Nordstrom and they took them.
