i dont really look down on it as much, would i ever buy a fake? no.

im not an expert but if its authenticated and done through UDA then yea.
UDA/Jordan doesnt know or care if the item is fake. You pay that premium price and send it in, it will get signed

looks like only new alternate jerseys will be getting the sticker/heat pressed nba logoman. Maybe they're testing its durability before doing it to every jersey?

Tags are fake, or at least incorrect. Size tag should say "HAND WASH COLD" instead of "machine wash warm" because of the dazzle material.
Tag on the left is missing the "A" in "athletes".

In addition to the wrong tags, the stitching on the Sixers logo should have a black layer on the outside like on this pic:
