I was looking through my jerseys today and I noticed that the paper was attached on the back of some of my authentic champions, is that normal? I figure that the raptors one is sketchy, but I could of swore the nets one was legit and not custom. Thx!

looks legit.

I made some changes to my 8403 authentic 1985 road jersey. i cleaned up the area where i removed the nba logo slightly and attempted to fix the script font on the front of the jersey. also used acetone to take off the serifs off of the name lettering on the back

Wow, this is very interesting. Do you have pictures or a video of the whole process, or pictures of the before and after? Did the acetone "eat away" some of the red color?

unfortunately, i didnt take any video during the process because i didnt know if it was going to work. the acetone didnt eat through any of the red since the fabric color is actually red. i just used q-tips dipped in acetone. the edges were kind of rough where the serifs were so i had to repaint the edges to make them look crisp.

with the changes, it made me like this jersey 10x more. its funny how Nike put serifs on this jersey when the bulls didnt wear serif fonts for the names until nearly a decade later,

i was going to bid on this. this jersey is super rare. however

a.) the stains are a real turnoff
b.) i HATE reggie miller
c.) this jersey is historically inaccurate. the Pacers didnt play in polyester jerseys in 1988. I dont think any team in the league still did.

I never understood why people post jerseys for sale that are absolutely filthy! I can understand if it's game worn, but come on! Would it kill some people to spend a few dollars for a dry cleaning.

you're right. theyre the only team that i can remember. but then again they wore the exact same jerseys for like 20 years and only changed jersey designs to usher in a new era
