Yeah, I probably would have thought they all switched to mesh by then too, but I have an 88-89 Tom Chambers.

lol yeah this jersey probably was in storage. i remember seeing this wayyyyyy back in the day on some site that i used to go to all the time to look at throwbacks. judging by the tagging, it was definitely one of the 1999-2001 era jerseys, which are nearly impossible to find these days. they probably couldnt get access to a Pacers jersey from that era and decided to make the next best thing

ive always wanted a Kevin Johnson from that era. I remember the promo pics that surfaced where Charles Barkley wore the 70s era polyester jerseys

Barkley was on the 92-93 SI NBA Preview cover wearing that jersey. He wore it in the preseason.
 
Storage or not, people need to learn to wash their sh*t! You don't know how many times I've bought a jersey on ebay and soaked it in a bucket of water, and literally the second it touches the water, the water would turn brown. It's effing disgusting

Thanks again @memphisboi55! Just got the Iverson and Payton in. Pix coming later. To everyone else, anyone know how to remove a stain on white mesh? I was gonna try oxiclean prewash, then run it through regular wash.

 YES!! Its so disgusting. I bought lots of old M&N jerseys that were brown and discolored. When I washed them in the sink, the water turned brownish gray, smelled horribly and the jersey turned PURE WHITE like it was brand new when I was done. I don't get people. Dirtbags to say the least. Jerseys4thefag jerseys are FILTHY

^^^^ Are you shaking your head at the price ? Or do you think M&N didnt do a good job on the jersey. Looks good to me. I have the older version with the almost oval neckline instead of the v like this one. I may cop once they release it for real

Mitchell and ness re-released it for AI's jersey retirement ceremony. It was an in store only release. They will release it again on their website in the near future, apparently in June according to another forum member.
