I'm pretty sure I remember this post from you a while back. You took yours to a regular dry cleaner/tailor? I ended up winning that Robinson I posted a few pages back. It's a team issued size 54 but I am going to have it tailored as soon as it comes in. I am planning on bringing it to the lady who shortened my Rev30's but I was just curious. Thanks bro!

LEGIT CHECK Michael Jordan 1983-84 North Carolina Tar Heels Jersey by Medalist Sand-Knit
It is not an NBA jersey but I thought it may be of interest anyway. I recently found this jersey. It is supposed to be an authentic from his last college season in 1983-84. Could anyone confirm that this jersey is legit and if yes, what the value of it is?

I pulled the trigger on that rose jersey I mentioned a few pages, back, I'm not sure if it's a really good fake or a blank that somebody customized. Got from a dude on ebay who sold a few other jerseys, said he bought it and just never wore it. It wasn't a chinese seller.
On the outside, all the numbers and letters look pretty much perfect to me. Right font, good spacing, numbers have that mesh "print" that the authentics have. The fabric even has the proper pattern for the rev 30s, and there's a "M2" tag on the inside like the authentics have
But the jock tag is stitched on kind of weird, and it's not even stitched on the side where the "length+2" tag normally is, almost like someone removed it and reapplied it when tailoring it. And all of the numbers and letters are stitched on, the "BULLS" isn't heatpressed. And there's a little bit of paper on the inside underneath the numbers/letters.

You can tell by the age of the numbers/name on the unc that they're not as "aged" as the north carolina lettering.

here's a couple more pics, sorry not the best lighting in my room
I didn't think there was any fakes that used the proper mesh, or numbers/letters that looked that good so I kind of jumped on the listing. Right after I bought it I realized the jock tag was off.
It fits pretty tight too which is why I was thinking maybe it was tailored. It's not like ridiculously tight like the super cheap fakes are, it's just really form fitting.
guess if it is fake I know for next time. I didn't spend anything crazy on it.

and the bulls have a different cut where the jersey "splits" instead of being on the side its placed a little more to the front.
