40 is equal to Rev30 Swingman M. I'm 6'0 199 and 40 fits me good but it wouldn't be bad even if it's an inch wider.

1. I'd definitely get the 40 in a M&N, all my jerseys are a 40 except my Rev 30 authentics
2. I don't understand why jerseys don't come with patches. These jerseys are $250+ but they can't come with a ******g patch.

I don't understand how you guys who are 200lb+ are wearing size 40....are they like skin hugging on you?? I'm 6'0" and 165lb and I wear 44 across all brands, vintage champion, nike, M&N, and Adidas rev30. Size 40 fits me and its a little too fitted. Size 44 fit a looser and more how a jersey supposed to fit.
