The rumor about Kanye West designing a limited edition pair of Air Jordans had the internets going nuts. Last night on OSD, TSG's very own xxCoreyxx asked Dwyane Edwards (Footwear Design Director of Jordan Brand) was the Kanye and Jordan Brandrumor true. DE said the rumor was indeed false, and today Kanye West himself posted a statement on his blog.

I Love Nike And I Loved Creating With Them But There Hasn't Been A Convoo With Jordan Brand…. Nike And Jordan Brand Are 2 Different Companies. - Kanye


That's what Kanye had to say about the rumor, but you know it was all in CAPS. So yeah, blame it on MediaTakeOut for starting the rumor and thanks to Hypebeast for getting Kanye to respond.
