I'm not sure if it was posted on here or not, but what's your guys thoughts regarding a supposed new Tribe album coming? I'm extremely skeptical since not a single word of this was ever discussed when Phife was still alive. In every interview that has taken place since their split, these guys were nowhere close to recording new material. I'm afraid this will be a quick cash grab by the label since technically they owed the label an album still.

Yeah, they never sounded like they were in a good enough space to record an album any time I heard them speak. Sounds like a cash grab. Not excited at all.

I'm extremely skeptical about this, especially since Busta & Consequence are going to have a heavy presence in lieu of Phife. As much as I always wanted them to record again as a group, when Phife passed; ATCQ passed for me.

If Phife actually recorded material with them, whats the problem? It sounds like this was the plan and they added Busta and Consequence to help flesh out the project. I'm excited for this.

I'm cautious about this album but I'm hoping for the best.
