I don't know anything about PS, are those just templates that you add color to?

at this point yes, there the same ones released all over and i made the templates. its obviously much easier to use them when you have layers. so to everyone doing ps's make templates the 1st time and you wont have to worry about color blocking shoes anymore.
 
A tha Galaxy 4s are cool.a i saw u were talkin about layers earlier .i was wonderin how u did that.is there a site to teach me hw to do it?

im sure you can find it easy if you google it but heres my version use the poly lasso tool 2nd down on the left of your tool bar. outline each part of the shoe and copy & paste and it will automatically layer each outline and lastly make sure to rename each layer so you know which is which.
