I gotta give this another listen but after one its just average to me. Lupe has some really dope songs on here though. Form Follows Function and Lamborghini Angels are really dope! The album drops off considerably after Put Em Up IMO. I think if he made this album his best 12-13 tracks it would have been better. Its a good album and definitely better than Lasers but after one listen I think it suffers from way too many tracks that are filler worthy.

I would take the first 8 tracks plus Battle Scars, Form Follows Function, Cold War and Hood Now. Thats12 good tracks and a damn good album.

I will see what I think after a few more listens.
 
A few tracks are super dope, but as a whole this is kinda meh upon first listen... I cant get down with those poo bear tracks at all :smh:
 
I just felt like with how awful Lasers was and the way Lupe has been talking about FNL2.. it would be without those super weak radio friendly tracks... guess I was wrong.

So put aside the comments, the constant blog blah blah & me arguing with comics, cuz #Sept25th I bring again the gift prepare 2 b astonished.

...and waste no time when trying to decipher every verse, cuz if part 1 is just the gift part 2 will be the curse, #FL2

I would say the 5 tracks or so that I don't care for on this album all could easily fit anywhere on Lasers. I didn't think tracks like that would be on here but they were and they just don't fit with the rest of the album at all.
 
gonna cop because its lupe, been a fan since the fahrenheit first and 15th mixtape series, but its gonna take a few listens. the cool and lasers i liked first listen this album 50/50 so far. might take a second listen like the original food and liquor.
