My preme forces high, sz11, was too big but my blue suede mids, sz10.5, is tight. Should I get 10.5 in all white highs

Fixed. And it's always had me in my feels. Them mints were scooped for $40 from FNL last year. Low key underrated AF1 from 2013.

Would a kids size 7 and a mens size 7 be the same for af1's or nike in general?

As far as size, yes. A 7 is usually considered a GS size but Nike sometimes makes men's shoes in a size 7. Construction or quality can differ whether the shoe is considered a GS or Mens size.
