yeah because they will only remake it the way you originally ordered, so that wont work. gonna have to start over fam. you could try saying there was a defect in your pair and try to get a promo code for the trouble.

people have had shoes redone where they had both pairs in hand and they sent the first pair back after receiving the second without reordering

I checked out with a 7 and when I went back to the page only 11.5 was left. Hopefully my order goes through. Never ordered a hyped piece from Tres Bien, are they known to cancel orders?

they'll def give you a promo code, especially if they sent you entirely wrong options
yup i was able to have them remake some of my iDs. when i got the second pair in, i picked the best out of each shoe and returned the other pair

U might could. I could prolly size down a whole size for a snug fit. I have narrow feet btw. And I have to tie them to keep them on.

I should have contacted them to try and get a promo code.. them joints already in route back tho. Ill probably reorder them soon. I just really dont feel like waiting again.

Damn. Well just in case it happens again, Nike CS said I can wear the one I had for the time being while they remade my order. And just return the one I wore when I got the new pair in. But like I said earlier, I didn't wear it so I can keep which shoe of each pair looked best. Since you have pics, contact a CS rep anyway and send them the pics of how different your order came. They'll break you off with a coupon that you can use on the new pair you order

I got some ****** up Air Maxes a few years back on NikeID and got a 20% off when I complained. So I sat on it for a while and ordered 4 pair using the 20% and got one pair basically for free.
Or order 5 pairs and really get one of the 5 for free.

for whatever reason I didn't take them off when u bought it, then I just throw them on and I guess I didn't notice it was still there

i know the feels. i didnt wanna reorder the same iDs i made originally bc i didnt want them to turn out bad AGAIN. then i wouldve been really pissed.
yeah, ive done the same thing. the funny thing is that i complained about my iDs on the phone and i got emailed a 15% promo code. then i took it to nike chat and they sent me another 20% code haha. my iDs were actually messed up though, so i wasnt just trying to cheat the system. the laces were cut and the color was completely off. the nice thing about those codes is that they dont expire for months.
