As far as I remember, there was instant love for the mids when they were announced because they were a retro to the OG flax. Nike dropping a high was just a sign of the times since highs are the current "wave". I would've been perfectly fine without highs, but since they were there I grabbed them. But as far as the case of flax goes, mids > highs.

I copped from the Monox restock (the pair was from last years release), and the color of the Highs is like yours, and my Mids from 2 years ago are the color of yours.  I was wondering if anyone else's was like this.

Mine is actually reversed. These are the highs from last year and the mids from a couple years back. Both DS but you can see the different shades on the midsoles.
