dope! nyc, right? how are you getting up for the skyscraper shots? i don't have a a6000 but i have a nex-6, which is slightly smaller/lighter and the smallest it gets is with the pancake lens(es) -a 16mm & a 20mm (the 20mm is slightly smaller and is a little sharper, though both are just decent) it will definitely fit in a cargo pant, light jacket, hoody pocket; if you have a a57 you'll be able to use those existing lenses with sony's adapter

Capturing fireworks was the hardest thing for me last year and I was using the same camera you used. Yours turned out wayyy better than mine lol. Great shot!

There were lights coming from every angle on this bad boy I can't seem to get a good shot of it. Glad I got a good shot of the M3 though

I feel like this is going to be the Nifty Fifty for wide angle lenses. I'd recommend this lens and the Nifty Fifty for any starter shooter in your bag. You practically have all ranges covered and for a bargain price.
