Anyone got any experience with the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L non IS? I see one on CL for $650 it's worth double that. Just wonder if I should get it to use as a long lens but wonder if the IS version is just that much better to save up for.

You'll be fine if you use a monopod or tripod or if you're very conscious of it.

Also, if you don't shoot your shutter speed lower than your focal length, you're usually good assuming you follow good shooting technique which I'm certain you do.

with the IS i'm able to get away with 1/100 at 200mm. I don't do it often... only if the subject isnt moving (portraits) and usually opt to cranking ISO to achieve appropriate exposure.

Gotcha. I would the IS would be to have at 200mm. I read a review on the lenses and each lens (including the f/4) is good but the IS is obviously the best and something people do say that is worth saving for. I guess I might pass for now even though that is a cheap price. I was debating on that or getting a filter set for my Tamron 15-30 and believe it or not, it almost about the same amount give or take. I think I need a ND filter to finally try and take proper landscapes since I always seem to be stacking photos or waiting to shoot at a certain time. A 10 stop ND filter would do wonders.

I use a brand called enola gaye. They retail $6/per.

You can get them online or at local mom and pop paintball shops. I cop at a local place in vacaville.

Its real popular right now on ubran themed IG's but its not popular yet amongst the rest of civilization.

As soon as I posted them, quite a few of the people who follow me locally went from followers to client leads

Been a blast working with people and being able to do something a bit more creative than "smile at the camera"

Yea I gotta fix that. Noticed it after I posted that the lines on the building aren't level either.

I got my first batch there!

They came in a bag and for some reason it was dirty af... like literally a bunch of dirt from the ground in the bag

They also lasted for like 15 seconds :x it was weird.

most of the people I post on my IG are friends. For smoke bombs, @Nawzlew  is right on the money. I get it off that exact website. One of my smoke pictures just got featured on @UnionMarketDC. I thought that was kind of cool.
